Assalamualaikum and good very good morning. My name is Syarina Binti Halim. Today is my first day doing my internship at Naz Secret Beauty & Spa at the Alor Setar, Kedah. 

Firstly, I was introduced to the manager of the company which is her name is Madam Nazliyah Binti Abdul Kadir. I was also introduced to the staff of the company which is Miss Vila that are working there. 

After finish the ice breaking session, the manager of the company give talk about the beauty and spa to me. She also tells me about the background of the company and the challenging that are faced by her before opening the company. 

After finish the talk, Madam Nazliyah teach me about to insert the data into the quotation for customer booking.

Today is my second day of my internship at the Naz Secret Beauty and Spa. After I arrived at the spa, I am doing the usual standard of procedure which is to make sure the spa become clean. 

After finishing that, my supervisor ask me to do anything while she had the urgent things to do at the outside of the office. So I am take the opportunity to learn something that useful that can remind me about the services at the spa. 

And at the end of the day before finishing my work, I was told by supervisor to take the customer booking for pantang food delivery.

My task for today is very easy and simple. I just need to check the customer booking for confirmation. I also required to do the quotation notes for package treatment of postnatal that had been done followed day by day. This is my task for today.

My task for today is easy because my supervisor had the urgent things to do. She asked me to decoration of route to head facial room and route of staircase to head the spa.

In addition, my supervisor also give me a task to recommend the promotion of package of beauty. 
She want me to recommend it and maybe it can using for beginning of March this year.

My supervisor ask me to follow her to do mobile services and from that I can learn about the treatment postnatal. 
She want me to see the steps about the treatment postnatal. One of them is”bertungku’ are good for the women who had deliver the baby. 

My lesson today about bertungku that are still practices until now. Finish the mobile services, my supervisor order me to present the decoration of the front desk. 

Lastly, we also discussed about the pantang food that must be followed of the mom. This is all for today that I gain my knowledge.

So, the supervisor ask me to do the SOP every day to make sure the spa always clean and gleam. Today my supervisor give me the lecture about the health problem that are faced by certain women nowadays.

For example, for the women that are confront internal problem such as ‘keputihan’, 
They are required to drink the juice of lemon. Bali also are good to drink because to clean the bladder. 

So today, we sit and talk about the health problem that are occurred to the women nowadays. 

By giving the lesson from my supervisor I get the new knowledge about the certain things that I never know.

My supervisor teach me about how to handle client and setting up the sauna room. She told me about the instruction that need to know staff when the customer demand sauna. 

She also told me why people demand sauna for themselves. One of these reason is to burn the fat that are accumulated in the body. This is learning that I had learnt today about the sauna treatment.

After finish the package, the data will be given to the customer for their references. 

After finish doing that task, I take the opportunity to learnt about the steps of facial treatment and also I find the information that are not enough to write it in my final report.

Today is my practical class with my supervisor. Today my supervisor show me how to do the facial treatment towards the customer. By the way, today is 89 days I have been working as a therapist spa. 

Usually I came at the Spas around the 9.45 am and after that I carry out my duty with SOP. It is important to do SOP every day because to it is need to make sure the Spas become clean. 

After finish the SOP, I need to COD the confinement food at the Taman Jaya. This customer take the package of confinement food which 30 days. 

After I finish the cod, I need to serve the customer that wanted the facial treatment. So I need to do the facial treatment towards her. After finish the treatment, I can close the Spas because this month I can go home early. That is all task that I need to do for today. Thank you.

Today is 88 days that I have been working with Madam Nazliyah as my supervisor at the Naz Secret Beauty Spa. As usual I carry out my first task with doing the SOP. I came at the Spas around the 9.45 am. 

After finished SOP, I was required by my supervisor to cod the confinement food to the customer house. Usually I need to COD the confinement food around the Alor Setar which Taman Jaya. 

After finish my second task, I need to massage my supervisor because she is in pain. While I am can also learning about the point that need to press when massage. She also give me a lot of knowledge when to massage people who are in pain. 

After finish the massage, I can go home early because she need to settle things. That is all for today. Thank you.

Today is 86 days I have been practical student in wellness also beauty. As usual I came at the Spas around the 9.45 am and after that I carry my first duty with doing SOP. After finished SOP, I was required by my supervisor to COD the confinement food at the Taman Jaya.

Besides that, my other task that I need to complete is I need to serve the customer that came to the Spas to do the treatment. Today there is one customer wants to do the package spa. I need to serve her because she wants to do the sauna, scrub and mask body. By the way, scrub and mask body function for to remove the dirt and whitening the skin. 

In addition, the customer also required to do the traditional massage because her body is in pain and need to relieve it. After finished the task, I can go home early. That is all task for today. Thank you.

After finished SOP, I was required by my supervisor to COD the confinement food at the Taman Jaya. For today, I just need to COD to one place only. Usually I COD the food around the 12 pm until 1 pm because this is lunch hour. 

After settle my second task, I need to assist my supervisor to prepare the equipment to do the facial treatment. The customer had booking slot for facial treatment. I am also need to help my supervisor while she do the services to the customer. That is all task for today that I need to do. Thank you.

After finished COD, I was asked to do the facial treatment to the customer. After I finished my part job, I need to help my supervisor to prepare the equipment of traditional massage. I am also need to write down the note that ate given to me. By the way, that is all task that are given to me for today. Thank you.

After I complete my first task, I was required by my supervisor to COD the confinement food to the customer house at Taman Jaya. By the way, today is 91 days I have been training as a therapist spa. 

Along these week, I gain more experience and knowledge about the wellness. I am also know about the treatment that are practices until now which confinement treatment. There are many of avoidance that need to take care to make sure the body remain slim and health. 

After finish all these work, my supervisor give me permission to go home early. Before I go home, I wish her thanks because she help me a lot while I been internship here.
