私はみんなが日本語で話す時、ちょっと速いと思う。時々私はみんなの言うことを100%理解することができるが、時々はみんなの言っていることが60-70%しか理解できない。だから、メンバーが日本語で話す時はちょっとゆっくりして、簡単な語彙を使って、みんなの言っていることを理解できるようにして欲しい。

メンバーのみんなをもっと深く知ることで、何か困ったことがあったときに助けやすくなるし、解決しやすくなると思うから、もっと日常会話や自分たちの話をして、お互いをよく知れたらいいと思う。

もっとみんなに意見をいってほしい。そして、人の言ったことをうのみにするのではなく、批判したり、広げたり、みんなの意見が飛び交うようなグループワークにしたい。
