Black people are shown 17.7 percent less, and marijuana are equal between races but blacks are 4% more chance to be arrested. black sounding names were 50% less likely to be called. Black drivers are twice as likely to be pulled over. Legislator dosent respond as frequently to black sounding name.

I think Structural racism is quite harder to find that someone just plain out being racist. You have to have been in the opposite race shoes to prove it. The video said "Black drivers are twice as likely to be pulled over" you can't tell that by just looking but you have to go off statistics and research.

The society that we live in is so cruel and bitter towards the people of color. Colored people get looked at so differently. Blacks get treated unfairly, while white people get a free pass on everything no matter what the circumstances are.

50% of colored males were less likely to be called back.

Black people are charged wayymore for cars than white people.

Black clients are shown 17.7%
fewer houses for sale.

Black people are 4x more likely to be arrested.

From the Video I believe that structural racism is racism that is not something you hear but it's when you look at statistics and categorize based on race and when comparing the race you notice a difference too large to be categorized as variability . It's a form of racism that is done very discretely that when it happens you usually don't even notice it.

It is racism that is behind the scenes and influences important decisions we have to make in life.

in many instances, African Americans and white people are equal in certain fields (such as work experience or amount of marijuana smoked) but people who are black are more likely to not get called back (50% less likely) and four times more likely to get into legal trouble for marijuana use.
I think structural racism is racism that is so deeply embedded in society that people do not even notice it, they just think that it is the norm and because of that they don't even think about it or do anything to change it. For example the statistic about incarceration rates, it is often just assumed that people who commit crimes are African american, but in reality it is just structural racism that results in more people who are African american getting locked up.

When your black and buying cars you are charge more.Your more likely to get pulled overr if you black and driving. Marijuana is equally used by blacks and whites but blacks are more likely to get arrested for it.
