After that, my supervisor asked me to send a book to the X-Ray room. Then, make a booking hall for Pedoman Event like rehearsal and practices of Pedoman Event. I had booked the Anugerah Hall through manual which is written down the booking in the booking book.

I also keep the good that are not used into the store such as tablecloth. It seems a little bit messy at the office.

So, for today, I’m just focus on doing the slide since there is much information need to state in the slide.

Today, I had learned deepest about the hospital from their management till the service that are provided.

After a lunch break, my supervisor asked me to help our boss secretary to finish the minutes of meeting that will be send to the board of KPJ. 

So, today I had learned to use software in making a poster, and new step of aerobic. I’m also learned to used photostate machine and binding the documents.

Then, she asks me to make a gimmick video of launching new loyalty card that will be held during PEDOMAN EVENT. So, I need to collaborate with IT department to do the video since I don’t know on using the software that had been given to me. For today, I just explore about that software.

So, for today, I’ve learned about the skill of making invitation card and identified the VIP in Kluang Utama Specialist Hospital.

After lunch hour, my supervisor asks me to help on packaging the door gift that will give to the VIP on that day.

So for today, I’ve learned about the creativity and decoration.

After finishing it, my supervisor asks me to list out the consultant directory in this hospital including visiting consultant. My task was just completed their discipline, name of the consultant and their email address. Then, she asked me to finalize the Zumbarobics poster before print it.

After that, I’m just focused on selecting the suitable step for our Zumbarobics this upcoming Friday. My supervisor asked me to choose the easiest step that can be follow by all staff.

So today, I’m learned about the step of Zumbarobics and known the all of the consultant that had been involved in Kluang Utama Specialist Hospital.

Then we’ve discussed about the zumbarobics program with our general manager, Madam Haliza Khalid while lunch. 

At the evening, we’ve done our zumbarobics practices till 5.30 pm.

So for today, I’ve learned about food preparation and zumbarobics.

Next, I had been helped our dietician in preparing food for this evening meeting. After that, I’ve been asked by our General Manager to help her in preparing an offer letter to new doctor position in Kluang Utama Specialist Hospital. At the 5pm, my Zumbarobics team started to practices our zumbarobics for this upcoming Friday.

So for today, I’ve learned about the skill of resizing of picture that I didn’t know about that before. I’m also known about the benefit of using stairs while making the poster.

After finished it, I’ve joined a talk on hand hygiene and compliance. It was very important for us to know that especially when working in healthcare industry like hospital.

Then, as usual we’ve done our zumbarobics practices today at 4.30 pm.

So today, I’ve learned on new a thing which was about hand hygiene and compliance. From that talk, I’ve know on how to wash or rub our hand in a correct way and differences between hand washing and hand rub.

Next, we’ve zumbarobics practice. It was a full practice on that day since tomorrow is the day. We’ve practice the zumbarobics from 10am-1pm then take a break about one hour before start it again. We’ve standardized the step and compile the song that we want.

So today, I’ve learned a little bit about quality department and of course a skill of zumbarobics.

Then, we’ve planned to give a surprise to our General Manager since she had to change to another KPJ later on. The staff had already bought the gift for Pn Haliza. My role was to play a song when Pn Haliza comes in into our wings. It was very sadness moment for all of the KPJ Kluang staff.

After that, we work as usual. My supervisor asks me to snap a picture of new born baby. It is for our marketing brochure.  I’ve capture some picture of that baby and let my supervisor to choose the best.

So for today, I’ve learned about the skill of leading an aerobic and skill of snap a picture for new born baby.

After that, my supervisor asked me to tidy up the booth. Then, my duty was to transfer the photo during the campaign into the computer and resize it. 

So for today, I’m realized that my skill of photography had been increased and I’m also learned on treating the patient very well.

After finish it, I’m had been asked to make a memo letter about Free Health Screening Programme that will be held at Stesen Penyelidikan MPOB Kluang.

So for today, I’m had learned a skill of making a sticker with only use Microsoft word.

After that, my supervisor asked me to meet up with our General Manager for event budget approval.

So for today, I’ve learned the important item that are needed for health screening such as glucometer, weight scale, alcohol swab, rubber gloves and etc. 

So for today, I’ve been able to search a new idea for a poster in each event that will occur.

Next, my task was making a slide for doctor’s presentation.  First slide is about diabetes and second slide is about hypertension. 

So for today, I’ve learned more deeply about hypertension and diabetes. It is good information for me to know since my father got hypertension. 

After finish it, my supervisor ask me to help her in choosing the best photo event in 2015 to be send to magazines company which was Skop Yakin. 

So for today, I’ve learned more about medic which was heart attack and obesity. Other than that, I’m also learned on food preparation skill.

Then, I’ve been asked to help quality department in food preparation for their second day training same as yesterday. Next, my supervisors ask me to make a permission letter to open a booth for free health screening event. 

So for today, I’ve learned on what marketing should bring along when meet up with their client and I’m also can brainstorm my idea on creating a permission letter. 

After the meeting, I’ve done our minutes meeting with a time given.

So for today, I’m had learned about being a secretary of the event that since I don’t have any experience about being a secretary before. So, it’s time to me to expose something new. 

After that, I’ve been asked to know about the roles of radiologist, anaesthetists, general surgeon, internal medicine orthopaedic surgery, ENT and paediatrician. She wants me to explain to her tomorrow. Then, we had a second meeting about KUSH Fun Run 2017. 

So for today, I’ve learned a lot of things. Firstly about detail about packages that were offer. Then, I had learned about the roles of radiologist, anaesthetists, general surgeon, internal medicine orthopaedic surgery, ENT and paediatrician. Next, I’m also learned about certain word that I didn’t hear before.

Next, we had celebrated a birthday for one of the staff in KUSH which is Pn Nor Rahiyati (Public Relation). We had prepared a gift for her. 

So for today, I’m had learned about doing a proper minutes of meeting for a second time and also learned about medical camp items.

After that, my supervisor messages me to follow up the email that had been sending last week with her client. Next, I had given a call to one of the customer regarding to health screening package that had been offered in this hospital because she want to send her father in law to get that health screening.

So for today, I’m had learned about the etiquette during answer a telephone call and the ways to treat customer well. I’m also learning about the health screening package since I had to explain to the customer.

After that, I had followed my supervisor to MPOB sending the medical camp item. At there, we had a little talk to explain about the flow for tomorrow event.

So for today, I’m had learned a new things about the way of promotion of KPJ to the client like MPOB staff.

Next, my task is tidy up the items that had been used during the event when we’ve finished it.

So for today, I had learned about “Penyait Tiga Serangkai” and expand our business among MPOB staff.

After that, I’ve had been asked to create a patient record book based on promotional to give to customer services.

So for today, I’ve learned more about cholesterol level and type of cholesterol which were LDL and HDL.

So for today, I’m just done an easy thing.

Then, my task was fill the visiting bag with several items like cancer screening poster, brochures (health screening, consultant directory, home nursing and new born vaccination), KPJ magazines, note pad and a pen.

So for today, I’ve learned on the items that should be had in the visiting bag. Next, I’m also know about clinic schedule that I didn’t know before this.

Next, I’ve been organised the medical camp bag that we need to use at 9^th April 2017. She asked me to prepared all of the item that should be bring during that day for 200 packs- 250 packs. After that, I’ve done cutting a cholesterol levels chart into 250 pieces. Since, the paper cutter was broken, so I need to do in manual way.

So for today, I’ve learned on efficiency of cutting a 250 pieces of card within one day.

I’m also done handling an item that is newly arrived for medical camp such as alcohol swab.

So for today, I’m had learned a new things regarding to food healthy since I had helped our dietitian in preparing a slide. 

For today, my task was creating a greeting message for discharge patient.  Next, I had helped our dietitian in completing their purchasing requisition form in order their pantry items for this month.

So for today, I had learned on creativity of word that will make our patient felt happy when getting the message. Other than that, I’m also learned about filling the purchasing requisition form when we want to order something from purchasing department.

So for today, I’m just done some poster regarding to Ramadan countdown. The purpose of making more than one poster was to let my supervisor choose the best among the rest. 

Today, I’ve learned a skill of building a poster with a creative manner.

Next, I’ve been replacing our dietitian task since she is on leave. So, I need to do a food preparation for Consultant meeting.

After that, my supervisor asks me to create more Ramadan poster since she wants to have more choice. 

So for today, I’ve learned on organization of this hospital and the good way of food preparation. I’m felt very happy today because I can learnt a new things in three department in one day.

After that, Madam Nor which is Public Relation in charge told me to prepare 50 set of note book, pen and consultant directory. She also asked me to put 8 set of hospital towel and note book to fulfill our medical director demand since he wanted to buy it. 

So for today, I had improved my scissors usage since I didn’t really know to handle a scissors before this. 

Next, I had been asked to get an approval from account department regarding to the event. After that, I had been done distribute a memo about health screening event to all department.

So for today, I’ve been learned on how to get an approval for a memo and budget.

After that, my task was downloading some song that will be played during this upcoming earth day. There are 30 songs that were successfully downloaded today. All of it is related to earth.

Next, my supervisor asked me to find a quote about health that will be design on the Kluang Utama Specialist Hospital keychain.

So for today, I’ve learned about handling an item that will be brings on marketing visit. Then, I’m also learned some quote that was related with health care.

After lunch time, my supervisor asked me to open a bill for the cholesterol test. She also asked me to recount the money that we get before pass it to the finance department.

So for today, I’ve learned something new such as the way of managing a hospital’s money and skill of promoting a package.

Then, she told me to call Gunung Lambak supervisor to booking a hall for our next event which is WORLD HEALTH DAY. Other than that, I’m also had done arranged our new pamphlets about CANCER MARKER SCREENING that was received by today.

So for today, I’ve been learned about the creativity of brochure after contacting with HQ designers. Then, I’m also learned about the ways of booking a place to make an event.

Then, our dietitian asked me to help her in food testing that will be test by our new general manager, Mr Khalid. She asked me to help in serving the food in front of the boss.

So for today, I’m had learned about the ways of food testing and how to evaluate it.

Then, she asked me to handle in TNB staff that had been got services from this hospital. Next, my task was handling a food for nursing meeting. After that, she gives me a new assignment which is getting an email of all Head of Services in this hospital.

So for today, I’ve been learned about finance part which is calculating revenue. Next, I’m also know about all the Head of Services at this hospital.

Then, my supervisor asked me to scan the entire participation list name during medical camp at Bangunan Persekutuan. Next, I’m also helping our Public Relation team in term of making a poster about scientific knowledge that had been given by our medical director, Dr Farid.

So for today, I’ve known about the entire Head of Services and consultants directory. Then I’m also learned new scientific knowledge when making the poster.

Since today was a half that, so my duty for today just joined the aerobic session and cleaning the storeroom including make a tagging for every drawer.

So for today, I’m getting fit by joined the aerobic and get know more about 5s.

Then, she asked me to do a BOM Meeting Slide Presentation.  In the slide was included a revenue that hospital’s got from the visit that had been done in 1^st Quarter 2017.

So for today, I’ve known new things such as hospital revenues and the ways to make a comparison of revenue between last year and this year.

Then, we went to KWSP for checking a suitable place for our talk. Next, I had given some ideas on invitation card regarding to our next event which is Healthy Earthy Day 2017 that will be held on 20 May 2017 at Gunung Lambak.

So for today, I’ve learned a new thing which is on how to confront with our client in a way to organized something at their place. I’m also learned more detailed about this hospital when I’ve done our marketing BOM slides.

Next, my task was creating a poster for each event that had been done by this hospital in this year. The purpose of the poster was to put it on the info board so that all of the hospital organization and visitors know about our activities.

So for today, I’ve been learned about the true ways to diet when listening to the health talk. I also know some of the activities that had been done before I’m doing practical at this hospital.

Then, I’ve helped our dietitian in selecting a suitable menu for patient admission since we have new tender for our food services. The selecting menu must be healthy and delicious.

So for today, I’ve learned a good menu that need to serve to the patient. I’m also can make a comparison about healthy food and oily food.

Next, my supervisor asked me to make a call to the KPJ HQ regarding to the hospital’s mug design. She asked me to discuss it with our designer at HQ and brainstorm the idea. After that, she wants me to collect the information about all of the hospital charges to fill it in the insurance form.

So for today, I’ve learned about new marketing strategies from our medical consultant. Then I also know a fee about the charges that will be charge from this hospital to their patient.

Next, my supervisor asked me to find suitable script for our undercover job later. It is to ensure that our undercover does not uncovered or detected by our competitor.

So for today, I’ve got my body keep healthy when I had joined the aerobic. I’m also learned more about acting when I’ve make a research for the undercover script.

After that, my supervisor asked me to print out the Healthy Earthy Day 2017 poster to put it on each info board at this hospital. Next, my task was making an undercover job which was calling all of competitor hospital and asked about their rate for obstetrics and gynaecology services. We want to compare our competitor rate with our rate.

So for today, I’ve learned a lot of new things especially about radiology services. I had learned on how to handle a patient and how to use a radiology machine. Other than that, I’m also learned about the skill of doing an undercover job.

After that, I’m also had done liaise with our supplier about the poster design for Healthy Earthy Day. My supervisor asked me to liaise with him regarding to an editing.

So for today, I’ve learned more about KUSH competitor’s fee and other charges. I’m also made a new network with our supplier. 

After that, we had some discussion on what to present tomorrow in the Strategic Directional Committee Meeting. 

So for today, I’ve learned on new strategic marketing when I had brainstorming an idea with my supervisor.

After the meeting, I had been done our minutes of the meeting. I’ve noted that all of the suggestion and matters highlights from committee members in this minutes.

So for today, I can share my ideas in a way to increasing the demand factor for this hospital. I’m also get a new knowledge when joined this strategic directional committee meeting

After that, my supervisor told me to paste a mammogram promotion package’s poster at the info board in front of this hospital.

At the afternoon, I had spent my time with design a mug for souvenir that will give to our visitor soon. It is quite interesting job since I need to explore new things.

So for today, I had learnt about creating a good design and I’m also learned a new things regarding to the design part.

So for today, I’ve learned on the way of compiling a marketing document.

So for today, I’ve known the latest competitors and their latest technology that were used in their hospital.

So for today, I’ve learned a new thing about physiotherapy which was using a hot pack to minimizing the patient pain.

I’m also had done distributed a flyers about mother’s day promotion to all outpatient in front of    counter. 

So for today, I’ve learned about the decoration of potted plant and communication skill with patient.

So for today, I’ve done some alternatives in promoting hospital packages by do a marketing reading corner.

So for today, I’ve known a little bit about MSOSH OSH Award and the document that will be identified by them. 

So for today, I’ve make a good connection with our designer since he is a pro designer and easy to deal with him.

So for today, I’ve learned about the ways to do an event and also all of the preparation that we need to implemented the event.

So for today, I’ve learned about new step of aerobics since the aerobics was conducted by aerobics teachers.

So for today, I’ve learned about the creativity of making a photo booth.

So for today, I’ve learned on creating an invitation card for VIP.

So for today, I’ve learned on the correct ways to communicate with tourists in getting a health consultant from our country.

So for today, I’ve learn about the ways of marketing our product.

So for today, I’ve learned on the ways to become a chairman of event when I looked at our Healthy Earthy Day chairman. She looks very details in ensuring the successful of the event. 

So for today, I’ve learned on the ways to do the job more efficiency when I need to set up all my items for photo booth in fast manner.

So for today, I’ve learned the ways of food serving for VIP and also being a quality photographer.

So for today, I’ve successful in apply of my knowledge about accounting in doing the profit and lost.

So for today, I’ve making a completed items and ready to go to medical camp tomorrow.

After that, a free health screening had been running smoothly until 11am and followed by talk from our dietitian, Shamini. My task for this medical camp was to handle a registration part and be a cashier to those who are willing to do a cholesterol test.

So for today, I’ve learned about the ways of eating during Ramadan by hearing a talk by our dietitian and the efficiency in becoming a good cashier today.

My supervisor asked me to get an approval of budget for this medical camp from our accountant and our general manager. After that, I’ve going to the purchasing department to get a certain things that already out of stock from marketing stock.

So for today, I’ve learned about calculating the stock in a right manner and the items had been completed.

So for today, I’ve learned new things about handling a cholesterol machine and also I’m also learned to get their BMI in the fast ways without using a calculator. 

I hope that, all of the experience that I got from Kluang Utama Specialist Hospital can be useful to me in the future.
