Can you imagine travelling on the roads with the fear of an accident happening before your very own eyes? How traumatising can it be? As an 'expert' in cycling, I myself find it horrifying to travel on the roads at times. The fear of getting hit by a fast moving vehicle and flying to another end of the road just 'creates butterflies in my stomach'. I think cyclist like me are the most prone to accidents leading to severe injuries and even death if lady luck is not bon your side!  You may not want to know that traffic accidents around the world have already killed 1.25 million people! between cyclists and other motorists, evident from the rise in numbers of injuries and deaths among cyclists in accidents.
