NO! I don't think this experiment was a fair experiment. Because the friction of the floor affected how far the car went. There were also to many variables that we couldn't control. Like gravity and friction, as well as the surface of the floor and the way the wheels were positioned.

I think this was not a fair experiment because there were too many variables. The car's wheels were turned slightly to the right so the car kept turning and crashing into the metre stick, which made the car slow down because of friction. Also the car would turn depending on where you put the glass pebbles.

I do think that the car ramp was a fair experiment, even though it sometimes did go to the side a bit every once in awhile it went straight and it still showed us that when more mass is added it travels farther. It might've made the car go a few less cm. but it didn't make a big difference.

Josefina i think that it was not a fair because the car i had kept turning and crashing into the meter stick our wouldnt go down the ramp.I oslo think that sometimes we pushed harder then other times.

I do not think that this experiment was a fair test because if your car's wheels were tilted or off track then it would turn so it would not travel in a straight line. Also, the friction effected it. The turnout would be different than if the wheels did not turn.

No, I don't think that that it was a fair experiment. I think this because there were lots of different factors/variables, like the alignment of the wheels, and whether the marbles were placed eenly and in the middle. There was also the friction of the car wheels. Therefore, the car swerved left or right, or crashed into the meter stick. Overall the car ramp expereiment was not fair.

These variables affected the overall result by causing the number of cm the car traveled to go high and low. It was hard to get the overall awnser.
