I choose this choose this video because I struggle with staying motivated all semester or even all year long. Knowing when to quit is something that I need to work on because towards the end I will push myself until I can no longer work and then feel guilty when I'm not working. That also ties into me feeling bad when I'm having fun or going out and doing something because it's like "I should be working 'cause I have A,B and C to do. I normally try to have a place where I know I can work and get work done with little distractions like my desk in my room. Working in places like the dining room or a coffee shop around other people end up just distracting me and I don't get anything done. I think this video is very helpful and I liked it a lot.

I think this video is very helpful because when I fail at things I will sometimes try to fix it and correct what I did, but other times I'll just accept that I failed the test or messed something up and go on with my life and regret it later on. I know that that is something I should not do and should start to figure out how I can correct those failures or prevent future ones so I am not always feeling bad for failing. At the job I currently have after every time I don't do something right or mess something up I get stressed out especially if we are busy but then when someone shows me how to fix it and how to do it better in the future I start to feel better and I'm more confident in my abilities to do my job.

In this video he talks about when you get off of your usual schedule to try and make yourself work more like " I don't have time to do this today I need to start working on this right way" can be harmful and will get you more off track is very important. There are things that I will cut out of my usual schedule or routine when I have a lot to do so I have more time to do the thing but then I end up messing up my whole routine. When I work I will work almost my entire shift before I take a break because I feel like I have to always be doing something and when we are busy I'm even more stressed out because I never had a break. Learning to say no to things is also something I need to start doing more because my coworkers will always ask me to do something like mop or organize and I'll say yes okay! Even though I already was doing something and had three other things I needed to do. I think this video is very important for all people regardless of what you are doing or what is going on in your life.

This article related to the getting over failure video and it has a tip that I think is very important. "Redefine Failure", in most peoples minds failure is something big and should be avoided at all costs. I don't like to fail no one does it sucks but it can help us improve and show people what they need to do better next time they do that thing.
