Start of Charles -The king was weakened in this war which was because his English subjects with Scots in their opposition to his religion  (money problem)
Charles needed money for the inevitable renewal of war , so he summoned a parliament. The parliament ended up disagreeing with what he wanted because he resolved to rule alone and dissolved the parliament three times . Due to precondition to granting any future taxes in 1628 the parliament ended up forcing the king . (petition of rights : Building block of nearly all civil legislation from then and on). 
... Charles ended up getting executed for treason.

The puritans were an industrious people and everything within made in the house was made by hand including clothes The men and boys took care of the farming as well as taking care of religion and following gods plan .

Charles II did end up signing the Habeas Corpus which is referred as "You shall have the body" and the judge must charge the person with a crime and bring him in court to tell what he's charged with.   
Yes he did end up signing it as well in the 1679 act .
