My passions are around cooking, politics and technology, so a lot of things around that can be a great and enjoyable topic for me: Innovation, technology, entrepreneurism, politics, economy, cooking techniques and so on.

Which topic do you consider yourself an expert in? (This may not be related to your professional field)

An expert is a heavy word... But I am proficient cooking, I studied gastronomy when I was a teenager and worked in some restaurants in those times, I'm not an expert in a lot of techniques or styles, but in general I'm proficient with italian food.
