Reinforcing and rewarding good behaviors with praise and other students will follow suit. Proximity to students matters, you can’t stay glued to one position or to the desk. And moving around the room keeps students on task. Having students on a routine and consistent expectations, will help all students know what to expect as long as it stays the same and is planned out.
