2. A moment when I actually felt like I knew what I was doing was when I got to the argumentative prompt because as soon as I read it tons of good ideas and thoughts popped into my brain.

I didn't mind it terribly. The essay change only took a minute to get used to. I know that is valuable time, but it wasn't as much as I thought it was going to be. Since I have to just think of something off the top of my head for the argumentative essay, I preferred doing the rhetorical essay first. This way I could solely focus on creating that essay instead of staying in a mindset where I pull information from somewhere else.
2. I felt like reading both the prompts when I got them helped keep in mind what I had to write about in the 90ish minutes. This helped me think of ideas while I wrote one essay instead of feeling pressured to quickly think of reasons while my time was running out.
3. I just need practice on how to set up my essay and think of better reasons on the spot. My commentary is lacking due to my poor evidence. I definitely felt a little overwhelmed. The two essays were challenging to write back to back. I had thoughts about the argumentative essay while writing the rhetorical essay and vice versa. 2. I feel like I was able to organize my body paragraphs pretty well in both pieces. I think although my thoughts were jumbled, I was able to make my writing pretty coherent and easy to follow.

2. I felt successful when I was able to incorporate enough quoted evidence into my rhetorical analysis essay. At this point I was able to establish the framework for my commentary, and it improved my confidence about finishing on time. 
3. I struggled writing the argument essay, since I rushed and didn't have time to fully plan and flesh out my ideas before starting to write. I felt okay on the rhetorical analysis but I was rushing so much that I misinterpreted the speech. When it came time to do the argumentative essay I was almost out of time.  It made me feel like in order to write both essays in time I wouldn't be able to do them as well and as detailed as I wanted them to be.

I really struggled writing my thesis statement for my argumentative essay. With the crunch on time and the pressure to finish led me to create a mediocre thesis with little to no evidence that could back it up. I wish I had more time to think about what I am writing before I write it. The main challenge was figuring out which essay would be quicker to start. 2) I felt successful with Rhetorical Analysis - I was very quick with making my thesis, which sped up the process for writing the rest of that essay. 
3) I took a lot of time to think of evidence for Argument. Once I thought of the evidence, I completed the essay quickly, but it took really long for me to come up with evidence that wasn't too much of a stretch in addressing the prompt.
