The conversations helped creating a job framework specifically for their sector. Not just compensation, surveys were conducted to analyze the prevalence of different kinds of benefits and also the perception of personnel around the rewards strategy of the organization."

"Its the first of a kind project in India. A compensation benchmarking study for 80+ Not for Profit organizations has never been done in India before at such a large scale. Korn Ferry Reports will be hosted on the a specially create website, accessible to anyone who can benefit from this. Through our reports, it will become easy for social sector funding organizations to determine how to create budgets for allocating funds. Our reports will help NGOs create their budgets using credible compensation data. This project required the entire team to come together, create a customized job framework for not for profit organizations, benchmark compensation and benefits and in addition also provide inputs on employee's perception about their compensation and its linkage to their performance. The scale of this project was huge with 80+ Not for organizations participating in it. Also, it was extremely challenging to understand jobs/roles in these organizations because not every company had an HR team, so we had to conduct spend a lot of time to make collect data. It has taken hard work and diligence of 1 full year to get the project to the point where we had enough data to create credible reports.
