Slow food, asthe name suggests, is familiar to all of us. Fast food actually the opposite of the concept; both the meaning of the word and philosophy behind as of. This trend, which means " slow food", is the most take attention. The feature ı vant is to have the concept of region in its center. One in other words, on the basis of the movement, belonging to the geography of a region, local using products and it lies in not buying reading-made products from outside. This is traditional food culture it brings with it protection. So the resulting product; affecting that area. With natural factors (such as soil, water, vegetation) to the region. Giving its agricultural character. It is a combination of the human factor. That being the case of every geography very defferent products, thanks to its unique features, different cooking techniques and dozens of delicious flavors emerge.
