         <title>I can use the coping strategies stated in lesson such as mindfulness and meditation to help myself. Instead of talking down on myself, I should be thinking positively. I should be thinking of stuff that will motivate me instead of bringing me down. I can do this by viewing my challenges or setbacks in a much rather positive perspective.</title>
