Luego de realizar la autoevaluación pensé en que el volument y el ritmo del trabajo es lo que más me afecta en lo personal y en la parte física se me demuestra con problemas intestinales. Importante saber organizar el tiempo y dar prioridades en mi lugar de trabajo para evitar mayor estrés.
