         <description><![CDATA[<div>A trait that builds trust and confidence through transparency and gives the actions and decisions of the leader a honest reputation that can be seen and respected by all members of the team or company both by subordinates and supervisors.<br><br>When personnel see their leader portray integrity it can be contagious;<br>Subordiantes will see the honesty thats given them and will in turn give the same back.<br>It can build loyalty among the team and build confidence toward what the task of mission is.<br>By building the confidence and trust within your personnel it can lead to their own promotions or confidence in steering other personnel or their own subordinates to do the right thing.<br><br>Building honesty within the workplace is a trait that everyone appreciates but not all situations and subordinates are privilaged to all the details in a task. This may cause confusion and resentment when employees that have previously experienced the transparency that integrity brings, is then not present for reasons above their status or pay grade. This could be an example where explaining yourself to your subordinates and why they or yourself don't have all the pieces to the picture.</div>]]></description>

         <title>CHARISMA</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A personality trait that can build a strong following and influences personnel toward pursuing what the mission objectives are. It sparks motivation through emotional communication and appeals to the people in your company.<br><br>With charisma can come a lighter mood or humor when applicable. Subordinates that see this feel more connected to what they're doing because of the way things are communicated to them.<br><br>Some possible outcomes of this are;<br>Employees that are more emotionally invested in the company and the task, performing better than those that are there for the paycheck and the benefits.<br>With charisma, the use of humor or lightheartedness can be an advantage or a disadvantage. So being mindful of your charming demeanor and staying professional is essential.<br>Though being charismatic can win the popular vote, it also could breakdown the chain of command and give subordinates a false sense of place. Meaning, they may step over lines that are in place because they feel that more than a professional relationship has been established through the emotional connections that have been made. This puts the leader in a position where he or she may need to remind the subordinate(s) of their place. A feeling that most people have felt at some point in their lives. For instance; when you're favorite teacher in school scolds you in front of your classmates.</div>]]></description>

         <title>SOCIABILiTY</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A trait that can build relationships anywhere. Sociability shows people you care and are concerned for them. It builds relationships that can last through the small hiccups that may occur in pursuing a task.<br><br>Subordinates and supervisors alike can be attracted to a leader who is sociable. They'll feel more confident in talking to you about issues in the workplace and maybe even personal issues they have if they feel comfortable enough. This will help build loyalty and give your subordinates a feeling of belonging. <br><br>Some possible outcomes of this are;<br>Personnel will feel more comfortable around you as opposed to feeling like they're walking on eggshells.<br>Sociability can help lead to an "open door" policy that some leaders have, where personnel can feel comfortable speaking openingly about whats on their mind and any struggles that they may be having.<br>Being too sociable in a workplace and around subordinates can be dangerous for the entire company. It's the starting point of physical relationships and outside friendships. Though this may have its place and time, it needs to be consciously observed and the leader needs to know how far to  let this kind of relationship go. <br>This can also become a problem for other coworkers if they observe such a relationship. They could feel as though you're playing favorites and giving preferential treatment toward those that you've bonded with. It's a thin line that can be crossed easily.<br><br></div>]]></description>
