In all three of the books, the theme is relatively the same with a different plot and struggles that are faced by its characters. 

Although this book may seem like it is written about an unrealistic world, there are some areas in our culture that experience survival in its purest form. Many movies receive a bad review when it comes to how relevant and close they followed to the books. There is nothing like the reading experience when it comes to choosing between books and movies.

These books have raised question on whether they truly symbolize specific events that could take place in our own world. The power hungry and rich seek entertainment from the poor and unfortunate. This is not a far-off concept, but it does raise question as to the intentions behind these writings.
