One of the most effective and forceful methods is taught by the well-known iceman Wim Hof in which we learn to breathe and activate the endocrine system and other parts of the body through air retention in several rounds, calms anxiety, raises our energy, and I personally consider that it decreases stress in abysmal amounts.<br><br></div>]]></description>
