         <description><![CDATA[<div>          Drugs are everywhere. Nearly everybody knows somebody who has used or uses drugs, whether the user is a friend or a celebrity. Since drugs are everywhere, so are the effects of drugs. <em>While drugs affect everyone around them, there are some positive effects that drugs have on human. Therefore, there are three main positive effects on Marijuana on health are to help brain development, improve mental health and increase quality of fatal illness treatment. <br><br>          </em><strong><em>The first significant effect of Marijuana is to help brain development among users to improve their health. </em></strong>Marijuana use has been shown to impair functions such as attention, memory, learning and decision-making. Those effects can last for days after the high wears off. Heavy marijuana use in adolescence or early adulthood has been associated with a dismal set of life outcomes including poor school performance , higher dropout rates, increase welfare dependence, greater unemployment and lower life satisfaction. In other hand, although marijuana smokers aren't usually revered for their memory, marijuana may actually benefit our memory by stopping or even reversing brain aging. Interestingly enough, the studies suggest that marijuana has the ability to reverse the effects of Alzheimer's disease and other detrimental brain diseases.   <br><br>          The second most significant, Studies have shown that using marijuana can lead to a decrease in depressed thoughts and anxiety with a raise in overall moral level in many people. One study that was talked about in the Journal of Clinical Investigation, stated that after one month of receiving a high-potency cannabinoid, rates showed an increase in brain cell growth in part of the hippocampus which "significantly reduced measures of anxiety and depression-like behavior". Marijuana is shown to help people diagnosed with depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder.<br><br>          In the nut shell, we can conclude that the cause and effect ofl egalizing marijuana play the main role in the nowadays medical purpose and totally change the perspective towards the negative effect of the drug in society. However, the positive and negative would be contrast if all negative perception change into positive by giving an awareness to the positive effect on illegal drugs such as marijuana.<br><br><br><br>   </div>]]></description>
