For three quarters I got honor roll but I always thought i can do better. So last quarter i told my self that i will get all A's. I had a B in science class and it was two weeks before  the quarter was about to end. I chose to focus on all my assignments and test, and i did all the extra credit there was. I could have gave up but i  did not. I ended up getting all A's for the last quarter.

How does this relate to the theme?

I would always feel bad for myself because of the way people judged me. But i told myself that the only one  stopping me from becoming better at the sports is me. So I decided to train more harder, and as time past on I become a better player and grew a stronger mind.

I did not know much of how to read it til this day but there was this one song that i wanted to learn how to play. i wanted to play Canon in d by Johann Pachelbel. Every i would put my mind into playing the music but it took me while. I kept messing up here and there and i just got frustrated. I kept thinking this song is too high level and almost gave up. But i didn't i kept practicing and practicing. Finally after hours of practicing i knew how to play the song.

This applies to my theme because i kept my mind on practicing how to play the song.
