Theme of story : a doctor overworking, stressing himself

Problems Faced : The doctor used to have a passion for medicine but due to fatigue, his mental health became worse as days went by. 

going to work was dreadful to him.

his daughter was also sick with a virus that made him felt even more overwhelm by the stress.

Resolution : he received help from one of the patient whom is a psychiatrist, 

they talked and the psychiatrist shared his own experience which gave the doctor a wake up call which made him even stronger, and it is said in the passage that "he refused to give in to the symptoms of fatigue' which proves that he has changed himself for the better
