-literacy tip of the week (shared also with family, and task to take home)

-teachers implement tip of the week in their lessons

-one person managing but all teachers on board

-data driven approach

E.g: The numeracy leader (Daniel May Whitcombe) was not in the Maths department but an agricultural Cusiness teacher, therefore having a unique perspective.

How was it implemented? Devised a system where literacy and numeracy could be tracked on a single spreadsheet. This was colour-coded so Kaiako could easily identify who needed more lit/num support.
