         <description><![CDATA[<p>I think it was the training session provides further readings or information, with shared the training materials for future reference.   Preferred to be a structured training with many case and example for reference and to support some abstract idea.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Difficult when there are too many group tasks as this often takes up a lot of time and input from participants rather than teaching from the leader. Can be uncomfortable when its not a topic that you are familiar with, can sometimes feel self-taught with no clear 'right' answers.</p>]]></description>
