Currently, employees have opportunities to learn and develop themselves mostly 'on the job': by directly implementing the activities of the organisation. However, employees indicate that this is not sufficient and often the organisation faces challenges to deliver results. 

A few months ago, the management decided to organize an internal day to analyze and discuss the talents and competences of the employees.   • The team of FAG wants to improve its decisiveness; too often the group is not focused enough and gets stuck in discussions. More vigor and direct communication are needed. 
  • The team wants to improve its openness: feelings need to be taken seriously. 
  • The team wants to create a clear vision and working structure in which ideas are being heard and everyone has space to operate. Now, there can be too much chitchat and meetings do not start on time. 
  • The team wants to receive more schooling and gain inspiration outside the office trough networking for example.
