My specific goals are

1. to at least get a B+ or an A in Math and not fail. 

2. to perform well and work hard with my work. 

3. to learn a lot and take the lessons to heart. 

Measurable:

The Progress Report Form has been something that helps me keep track of my progress. There I could really see what grades I am getting, if I’m doing well, etc.

Attainable:

To stay positive, motivated, and not give up. There are really gonna be times where I’ll feel really tired and not want to do my work, but I’ll make sure that I’ll do it and give it my all. I could also do some practice tests to help me with certain topics. Whenever there’s a quiz or long test, I could take these practice tests the night before to test my understanding in that topic. 

My parents, tutor, and teacher will be the ones to support and help me achieve my goals. I’m really sure that they’ll always be there for me and make sure that I can understand the lesson well. They can also give me that “push” in order to succeed in what I am doing. My parents are always there to give me motivational talks and more. My tutor is there to of course help me better understand the lesson since personally, I work and learn better when it's one-on-one. Of course, I’m sure my teacher will always be there for me and make sure I am keeping up with the lessons. He’ll serve as my guide to pass this term and the next following terms and overall do well. 

Relevant:

These goals are important to me because I feel like it really shows how hard I am working and how much I want to achieve. These goals will have such a big effect on my life and of course, I want to make sure it has a positive effect. I will also be applying to Ateneo Senior High School, and these goals are one of the main few things to make sure I secure my spot. I am really hoping I do well and I achieve my goals. 

Time Based:

For me, I think I will surely know I’ll achieve this goal once the school year finishes which is on May 2, 2025. There I can determine if I really was able to perform well in all my academics and as a person. If I grew more, learned a lot, and overall didn’t take anything for granted. My journey as a grade 10 student will have a lot of new experiences either positive or negative, but I want to make sure by the time the school year ends, I know that I learned from these experiences and grew more as an individual and as a student. 

I think that this specific goal will be achieved and done. I have been working hard to achieve these goals and I really think I have done well.

Measurable:

I find this goal to be done and completed already. I was really able to input all my grades in my PRF. For me, they're just average. Some of the work I have are really good, but the others not so much.

Attainable:

I think this goal would be achieved. I always do my best to keep a positive mindset and not give up. My parents, tutor, and teachers are still here for me and cheering me on.

Relevant:

This goal is already completed. I never thought or looked at my goals as unimportant, and I always saw it as something important and relevant in my life.

Time-bound:

Like the sample said, even this goal has exceeded school. It's not really just about passing anymore or doing something that exceeds my expectations, but rather a goal to make myself proud and the people around me proud. It hasn't been completed yet since there's still so much that's gonna happen in the next few months of school, but I know I'll always make sure to do my best.
