Need to better share our values as Democrats, but also "human"; meet people where they are

Need to create and disseminate shared messages as a collective / party Continuously and timely.  (Create a generalized "cheat sheet" as to what we stand for and update as necessary--distribute that to the folks that are on our email and contact lists. The info is fresh in their mind and this also leads to consistency. This is a great way to get info out to those engaged already.

Need to be active all the time, not just during election cycle.

Need to educate our community (maps/candidate information); door to door initiatives; targeted emails; reaching out to local groups (Churches/veterans' groups, LCC clubs/College Dems and those with similar missions)

Need to identify how COVID has affected our party and identify lessons learned from it

Need Initiatives--for making our materials accessible--deaf/blind-perhaps use the Disability Network to help make our materials accessible.

 Need to Utilize our email list better-targeted with more specific messages-

Website and messages need to be more inclusive (rural/LGBTQIA) and updated in general: who are representatives are and what they do. (Their roles) Maybe have an update each month on a new trustee/office/officers

Outreach to Local communication networks--weekly newspapers - Maybe we can get a flyer in that packet so anyone who moves in can become aware of us right away?
