•Matthew Perry was a 54-year-old male with history of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease/emphysema, diabetes. In the past was a heavy tobacco user for many years but currently not smoking and was reported clean for 19 months.

•Found unresponsive floating face down in heated end of pool.

•Prescription medications and loose pills present at residence
however none were reported near pool and no medications, drugs or drug paraphernalia adjacent to the pool.

•No signs of fatal trauma and no foul play suspected.

Mild cardiomegaly, 465-gram herat with early left ventricular dilation
