This is the theme song of one of my all-time favorite shows, Dragon Ball Z. The main character is Goku, an alien fighter from another world who landed on Earth and made it his home to protect it from evil. Goku's dedication to protecting his family and willingness to face any challenge for their safety show a strong sense of responsibility. Although not always present, his commitment to his family's well-being is evident.

Fathers should actively participate in prenatal care by preparing for the baby's arrival, attending prenatal classes, and making informed decisions about healthcare. Sharing responsibilities helps create a supportive environment for the mother and the baby.

The song conveys the importance of faithfulness and continual improvement in a supportive relationship. Similarly, a father's consistent support in the breastfeeding journey can boost the mother's confidence, leading to a more positive breastfeeding experience.

The involvement of the father in the breastfeeding process can strengthen the bond between the parents and between the father and the baby. This growing strength in the familial relationship can lead to a more positive and supportive environment for breastfeeding, much like the relationship described in the song that keeps improving.

Minato left behind a legacy from which Naruto could draw strength and guidance. The lessons and values Minato imparted, even indirectly, helped shape Naruto's character and abilities. This video also shows that the bond between the father and the baby can be emotional and that breastfeeding is not limited to mothers alone. Fathers can show nurturing and caregiving attributes that promote the idea of shared parenting responsibilities and an active role in the early stages of their child's life.

Levi's early life was marked by extreme poverty and homelessness. He was born and raised in the Underground, a dark and impoverished area beneath the city, where survival was a daily struggle. Levi's transformation began when he was taken in by his uncle, Kenny Ackerman. Although Kenny's methods were harsh, he taught Levi essential survival skills and combat techniques. This mentorship, though unconventional, played a crucial role in shaping Levi's strength and determination.

Levi's early life in poverty and homelessness is similar to that of patients who come from complex backgrounds, encountering significant socio-economic and health obstacles. Healthcare professionals must comprehend and show empathy toward patients' backgrounds. Acknowledging patients' challenges can aid in delivering more compassionate and individualized care. Moreover, healthcare professionals often act as mentors to patients. Offering guidance, education, and support can empower patients to manage their health better and make informed decisions. Lastly, helping patients' environment is effective in decreasing readmission, especially for people with bipolar disorder. (Hamilton et al., 2016)
