This place is well known and has a great history, good to go to learn new things.<br><br><mark>Cathedral</mark>-This cathedral is the main one in the whole country of Guatemala, in it we can observe interesting things, for example, the tombs of Jose Cecilio del Valle and Mariano Russel y Arellano, the cathedral has survived numerous earthquakes throughout its history.</div>]]></description>

The peculiar green color is due to the fact that Jorge Ubico's wife's favorite color was green. In the palace there is a star that marks the zero kilometer of the country. The palace is located in zone 1 of Guatemala City.<br><br><strong><mark>Cathedral: </mark></strong>The Metropolitan Cathedral of Santiago de Guatemala was founded on March 16, 1815, and is important due to the historical and artistic buildings it possesses. It is the most important Catholic worship center in Guatemala. This cathedral is the fourth founded in Guatemala.<br><br><strong><mark>National Library:</mark></strong> The full name of the national library is Biblioteca Nacional De Guatemala "Luis Cardoza Y Aragón", it bears that name in honor of the Guatemalan poet, essayist and diplomat whose name is one of the most important of the 20th century in Guatemala. It was founded during the government of Justo Rufino Barrios in 1879. It is the largest library in all of Guatemala and holds approximately 145,000 volumes.<br><br></div>]]></description>
