I have consider "Clowning" as an Art form. This is because Clowns in circus have beautiful makeup that with a lot of colours while ART meant colours, makeup etc. What I think about art is changing my emotions, making me happy. While 'Clowning' do so, so 'clowning' is an Art Form

Yes, indeed. When I was young, my parents love to bring me to the circus to watch clowns, my birthday parties too, hiring clowns to let me enjoy the performance. 
But, when I grew up, I start to feel clowns or childish, feeling that the makeup they made are too colourful.
