(Daft, R. 2018).  Independent thinking is important as it strengthens a team, because an independent thinker understands that different backgrounds and perspectives will bring different ideas and solutions. They are willing to share ideas that differ from those of the rest of the team and sometimes require explanations that force the team to give careful consideration to information. When something seems wrong, or they don’t understand something, or they see a better way of doing something, they must have the confidence to voice their opinion and make the better decision in order to change the work outcome. In addition, it will change people's view on me as what my behaviour shows that I am showing respect to their ideas and thoughts, which might be possible to affect their bahaviour as well to be more calm and focus and eventually change the outcome of the work.

events, or things." (Daft, R. 2018). Thus, leadership attitude is the major factor to impact the outcome and decision-making in a team work. A good leader will demonstrate an unshakable positive attitude in different situation to make the team more comfortable and calm whe solving problems and working on the team project. It is also the way to attract people as positive attitude and energy are attractive, it also creates productivity, because positive energy doesn’t happen automatically, someone must start and it has to be the leader since they are leading the team to success. 1) Listen & Read
Reading other’s words is able to expose me into their thoughts and listening to what other people say can expand my mind and keep myself fresh and up-to-date. Intentionally seek out articles or books that I might otherwise avoid. A good leader will challenge their own views by listening to others.
2) Interact With Different People
Trying to interact with people who may not hold the same views as me, engaging with people of a different age, race&ethnicity, gender, as well as culture. It is a chance for me to find commonalities that I was unaware of and to which I can relate. This will be beneficial for me to be more open to people’s views and be less attached to my original thinking. 1)Be An Inspiration
Being a good leader depends on how I get things done. An effective leader should be able to motivate others and drive them to do their best in the worst situations. Therefore I will always inspire and support my team to do our best work. The key is to train myself to become better and better every day; not only help others learn and grow, but also make sure I learn and grow as the team grows.
2)Keep Learning and Being Modesty
Even though some people indeed have inbuilt qualities and a great talent to lead others, I believe experience also makes a good leader. Thereofer, a great way to develop my leadership skills is to take on more responsibility as responsibilities come more experience.
