As they tried to invade from the walls of Kafa and their Italian defenders, there soldiers were already dying from the plague itself. So, they thought they could use it to there advantage and shoot the infected bodies through cannons. But, they were unaware they contaminated thereselves  with the plague. During the night, some Italian defenders decided to escape and they used a merchant boat. They were unaware they to were contamined from breathing the air lurking of death. There was also rats on the boat, so when they arrived near the Mediterranean, the animals help spread the disease to. And that is how the plague started off and spreaded. It only started with one.
This lead to millions of death throughout Europe and Asia. It lead to loss of trade and economics status. In addition as an “attempt” to save the ones that have been infected they had called the plague doctors. Alright, so essentially, what happened is, Mongolians were bad and decided to have disease from China. Then they went and tried to take some Italian place, gave the Italians their disease and killed them. Some sailors caught the disease, went back to some port in Italy and spread it around the cities from rats and touching people. How the Black Plague spread to Europe

Around 1330, the mongols were invading Asian cities, spreading the disease. The spreading mellowed out over time, until the mongols wanted to attack Kaffa, an Italian trade center. They were not doing so good. So, in an effort to weaken the opposing side, they through dead soldiers who had died of the plague over the wall. Their plan backfired. It began to spread very rapidly. Everyone had been infected. Some Italian Defenders escaped and went on a boat to Europe. They were infected. The boat had some rat who became sick with the plague to. What did they do? Blood baths! They used to take leeches and stick them to patients skin. Not only did this make the now wounded patient more prone to diseases, but now infections too.

This reading clearly demonstrates how medical procedures created issues iin a time were the blackdeath ran rampant.
