Very helpful would be to have some kind of organized processes (e.g. basic installations of classrooms - adaptions and changes to be requested for and handed in advance). No major physical changing during the school year (install numberous white boards)
It's also very costy, the way it's being handled now (unplanned purchase of furniture etc.)

Another point are the numberous events (very often very short term without thinking of logistics..)
--> get the "event request form" firmly installed in the process and a common habit for the events

Replenishment:
Harmonise the replenishment of e.g. consumables for both Campuses

Facility Maintenance Software for planning manpower, ensure fulfillment of legal required services, maintenance etc.

But how do our facilities compare to other international schools. Are the spaces as purpose-made as they could / should be? It is not a welcoming place to stay for a few minutes after school. there is no "campus-feeling".
