Connection: Humans have evolved to consume other mammals milk however we need to put that milk through a process called pasteurization. However, communities like the Amish drink unpasteurized milk due to them never developing that mutation. 
Unpasteurized milk is often sold as Raw milk or All Natural milk. people see this and think that buying this All Natural milk right from the cow is better, or healthier but it's actually very dangerous. Connection: Over the course of thousands of years numerous cultures used crystals for medicinal use.  For the past 8000 year the people of China have used crystals to remedy a wide range of illnesses such as imbalances in major organs, blood and bones. These claims are not backed by science and solely on a spiritual bias.
