This is A village in 1960. There weren’t cars, swimming poolS, theatreS and cinemaS. It was very small.

Many people had bikes. A lot of houseS had candiles. There are WERE many houseS WHERE THERE weren’t any electric lights. There WERE are many people WHO didn’t have TVs and computer, but they HAD have a lot of books. And my grandfather had a lots of friends. I love my village!

My grandpa LIVED IN A is village.

That is Com in 1500. There wasn’t A cinema OR and A theatre in the village. It was too big.

   There weren’t many cars and OR busES. But people had bikes and wallking. There wasn’t an airport, and there weren’t any planes.

  People didn’t have computerS and a OR phoneS. But there were tablephone LANDLINE PHONES in some homes.

Many houses had electric lighTs. But peopLie also had candles.

People had cookers in their kitchens. But they didn’t have microwaves. People didn’t have TVs. But they had lots of books and radioS.

It was a very nice village.

This is Le Mat village in 1924. Many people lived in here and they had a bikeS. There weren't cars, swimming pools, theatres and cinemas. It was too small. A lot of houses had candles. There were many candles IN on their houses. They didn't have the trams but they HAD have the bikes. They WERE are happy because they HAD have lots of best friends. And they HAD have so many books. They didn't have electric lights EITHER too! The towns WAS is so small. There were many people livINGe in here! It's PEOPLE WERE so poor!
