Construct an explanation of how weather instruments (thermometer, rain gauge, barometer, wind vane, and anemometer) are used in gathering weather data and making forecasts.
One way to implement the inquiry model would be to have students ask questions and allow them to complete research. They could then be taken outside to collect evidence with instruments and record their information.
