Q:How does the selected artist use the qualities of line or mark making in the work of art? 
A:The artist often uses dots and thin, black lines to describe what she wants to present. Especially after 1973, Agnes developed her style of drawing. Her work involves lines or dots that are precise, light but very firm. The over all look of her works are clean, as if made by using photoshop and neatly printed out on a  white piece of paper.
ALSO: Her works represent elegance  and regardless of the deep meanings inside, they are truly beautiful.( From a person that demands perfectness from any great works.) These patterns and lines are simply fascinating !!!

This print is more focused on the lower middle of the whole picture, which is a little girl. The print also used foreground/background, and positive and negative. For the foreground, it is mostly the same as negative. The back of the print is dark and gray and the outlines of the bats are not clear. The foreground, or the positive is the sleeping little girl and the table, which is bright and light. These two created a strong contrast.
