I think that it is pretty good. Maybe there could be like a final conclusion from each team that has to be like 20 seconds or less.

Be prepared to change round amount based on people who are in class on the day

I wouldn't change anything except for maybe having final statements or a conclusion of some sorts

I think it's good, I think that each introduction part should be cut down a little bit to leave more room for the actual body part. It might be better if both intros are given pretty quickly and in quick succession.
