Inscription à l’encre indélébile, toujours signer avec son titre d’emploi.
    -Si note évolutive, l’inscrire à l’endroit prévu, aucune ligne vierge.
    -Si erreur, elle doit raturer et y inscrire ses initiales. Ne pas écrire entre le lignes, ni dans les marges. Ne jamais jeter les feuilles de dossier. 
    -Aucun commentaire personnel; elles doivent être les plus objectives et les plus claires possible.

    Le transport des dossiers actifs se fait dans une valise ou sac de transport barré.
