         <description><![CDATA[<div>I would use the behavior reflection journal in my classroom. I think that students could benefit from looking back and seeing what they could’ve done better so that eventually those positive behaviors are their natural response. It’s also important for them to feel heard by their teacher, so this is a good way to communicate with the student.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I would absolutely use yoga in my classroom! I think this is a great technique and really gets kids to settle down and focus on themselves. It is perfect for brain breaks or to start or end the day. Breathing is very important as well. </div>]]></description>
