Hoy venimos a explicaros lo que es el autocontrol y los conflictos. Os vamos a explicar como algunas veces hay problemas entre vosotros, como os podéis llegar a pelear o hablar mal cuando estais en clase. Haremos esto haciendo una serie de juegos para que veamos todos juntos que podemos llegar a sentir en cada momento, si estamos enfadados, tristes, nerviosos... También veremos otras situaciones donde os encontráis cómodos y felices con vuestros amigos y compañeros. Os vamos a ayudar a relajaros y controlar vuestras emociones para que los conflictos no sucedan.
