Mental health is subjectively more important than physical health as without happiness you lose the will to live whereas even in a wheelchair you can find purpose and inner happiness. Resilience is an excellent example of something that is needed in this journey. Life has its ups and downs however exercising resilience can keep you steady and on the right track.
