Craziest thing that ive come to realise is that we find strength in our diversity. Stop, and think about it, what if a group of people were assigned to build a house, and of them know how to build the frame. No one knew how to hang sheet rock or put in windows or paint. However , if you have balanced team you can build a better house. I know people find  sense of pride in where they come from.
