The course helped me to focus on the communication process, which has to be a fundamental element in the educational process. During the course, I also became self observer, I shared experiences and different points of view with the other members of the group, always under the condition of proper communication. Through that procedure, we recognised our commons, but also our differences, according each one's perception. The connection between communication and the art of mosaic was a great idea. It created the conditions for collaboration between different people and showed in the end that this is possible to happen. I was very glad to learn basic techniques of making a mosaic and I have the intention to use this knowledge in my work at school and in my free time as well. Even the conjunction between an abstract concept-communication- and a craft process-mosaic making- made me think of several ideas of such conjunctions, which can be very useful in my work as a teacher. I would certainly recommend the course to anyone who is interested in that kind of methods and tools in the educational process! Thanks for all!

I learned in this course... Mosaic of Communication...
This course was very well structured with theoretical and practical parts, organized so that we can overcome some existing barriers in communication.
After these days of learning, I can say that I leave here culturally richer. Being a teacher is also being someone who can always be learning and sharing their wisdom.
I learned that to be successful with others, a lot depends on our ability to communicate effectively, as small gestures can change someone's view on more complicated matters. Effective communication is a very relevant topic in my role as school director, although I currently use information and communication technologies to communicate with teachers, guardians and other elements of the educational community, I continue to give preference to face-to-face communication.
What surprised me the most was the construction of a round table using the mosaic technique, as you don't need words to communicate with the world. Everything around us is an inspiration to communicate.
I leave here a citizen more aware of the importance of communication in relationships between people.
I recommend this course to all citizens who want to improve their communication skills.

In this incredible week training course : Mosaic of Communication in Kaunas Lithuania, I learned... about the importance of using effective communication in order to be successful in our social and professional lives.

As education professionals who use communication as a tool to work and share experiences and knowledge with our students and co-workers, we have to improve our skills, so that we make our communication more effective and successful.

So, this course: Mosaic of communication, organized with a theoretical and practical part, had a unique and innovative methodology in the way we, the participants, could perceive and understand through the art of mosaic the importance of effective communication in the European context, share personal experiences and increase collaborative work among participants, develop skills for cross-cultural communication and participate in an intercultural meeting, where all participants were able to share and communicate their personal experiences and their points of view on the topics covered. Through the construction of a round table discussion through the art of mosaic, we realized that art can help us to communicate between cultures and break down barriers to communication between peoples. The strength of the course, in my opinion, was its methodology; combining a theoretical part with the practice of communicating through the art of mosaic. Art is a form of universal communication between different peoples and cultures! I can say that this course exceeded all my initial expectations! The trainers were very professional and transmitted and shared their knowledge and experience very clearly and effectively!!!

As a suggestion to improve the course, I can suggest some outlearnig sessions, experiencing the power of communication through art, visiting art galleries and museums in the city of Kaunas.

Finally, I would like to suggest this course to all those interested in developing communication skills and making their social and professional communication more effective and successful.

As an education professional and an individual who lives in society, I finish this course more enriched and aware of the power of communication for the success of my social and professional life.

In this training course, the topics covered were essential and enriching for both our personal and professional lives. The contents were well transmitted and explicit, the language used by the trainers was clear and objective, the topics were well organized by sessions and always respected the cultural and linguistic diversities of each trainee. We must increasingly accept Multiculturalism and Interculturality and break cultural barriers, so that people can develop their skills. Mosaic art is a form of communication. I loved learning mosaic building techniques and strategies. Regardless of culture, language, religion and nationality, Art is timeless and multicultural. The strengths of this course were that it allowed good communication between the trainees, exchange of ideas and opinions about the culture of various countries, allowed a good relationship, good mood, participation and openness in dialogues. Participating in this course exceeded my expectations, I learned that communication is the starting point for us to be able to communicate with the world and develop our skills. I intend to develop at my school, with my students, a mosaic art project and transmit a positive message to the world. I would like to advise all people to be brave and participate in this training Course Mosaico of Communication", as it makes us enrich our knowledge, makes us have a global view of the world, get to know cultures and other ways of thinking and communicating. I loved participating in this fantasticIexperience.
I thank all the trainers for enriching my curriculum and for transmitting to me all the knowledge I learned.

The Mosaic of Communication course was fundamental to learn and understand effective communication within the European context and to be successful in personal and social life today. Theoretical and practical sessions were dynamic and enlightening. The contents were transmitted with rigor, clarity and objectivity, giving space for the trainees to give their contribution and share their different points of view. Participating in this course has become a very positive and enriching experience, surpassing my expectations. It helped me to overcome a challenge and to unlock language barriers, because despite not expressing the English language well, I was able to understand and follow all the information. Since Art is a form of communication, I intend to develop in my school, with my students, a project of construction of Mosaics applying the tools and techniques acquired. As strengths, I emphasize that this course provided good communication and relationships with everyone, a good dynamic between the working groups and an excellent connection between theory and practice. I advise people who are interested in being part of the training course: Mosaic of Communication, not to be afraid to accept challenges and to confront obstacles that may arise. These multicultural projects allow for a more global view of the world and the opportunity to get to know other cultures. "I believe that when we strive to overcome challenges, we achieve the change we set out to." It was a fantastic experience that I will never forget. Thank you all for contributing to my personal development.

People are always communicating. In the society we are living in we can easily remove many barriers using technology. Despite this hability, communication takes a lot of effort if you want to be a successful communicator. To communicate in a multicultural society one must be aware of all the different "noises" that can affect a good communication.
To better understand a culture or country, one must visit and be in contact with his traditions, habits and history.
Communicating with mosaic is a new and very satisfying form of communication. With simple tools and easily accessible materials to produce beautiful art work that every teacher should experience.

The eight-day teacher training course by Kaunas Bienal had a unique way to improve our understanding of effective communication but also learn the art of mosaic.
Every piece in mosaic making, come from people with different cultures, language and countries.
The course exceeded our expectations and even more suprised us by learning the craft of mosaic making.
The strength of the course is the entanglement between theory and practice. How small pieces of different tiles, makes a big united cycle.
Maybe the course can give more skills if the participants get to know the culture of the country they are visited, by getting in touch with people who live and work in this country.
The participant who is considering taking this course, must feel ensure that the course will give to him/her a unique method of understanding the effective communication.
Thank you for every day of the course!
I hope to be here again!❤

The course "mosaic of communication" delt with a very interesting and useful issue that of communication competences. The idea to connect and combine communication with a mosaic, was great! The theoretical background on communication and the practical practicing working on making a mosaic, reveal all the aspects of the importance of effective communication skills required in all aspects of life. I would prefer a more experiencing activities in the morning, even though I can understand the theoretical part is always more difficult. I would recommend the course definitely!

We live in an information-based society, where communication determines how fast we learn. As communication is one of the main keys to an emotionally sound workplace, the context of the course was very interesting and useful. By knowing the barriers and strategies we can improve our interpersonal relationships especially those with our students, their parents and our colleagues. The second part, the mosaic, was a clever way to show that the best results are achieved only with intention to communicate and follow strategies.
Perhaps a good suggestion would be to enrich the first part with experiential activities. Even though they are time consuming, they enhance team cohesion.
I will definitely advise my colleagues to take part in the course, as it has motivated me to think about the way I communicate and how I will improve it. Furthermore, it has inspired me to plan projects with my students. It was an exciting experience, thank you all!!
