Alyssa Baker- Boone, Nc, is important to me because of the beautiful views and the amazing friends I have made here at Appalachian State. I also love the seasons such as fall and the winter due to the cool weather and the colorful leaves and snow. Boone has helped shape my identity through the education I receive at Appalachian-State. It has also helped shape me through the times I have thought about giving up, but I kept going (inspiration). Boone has helped me grow academically, mentally and maturely, and I am glad to have moved and now live in Boone.
