I am looking forward to stretching my mind and digging deep into the core work of this course.  While I am very determined to do well and maintain my school-work-life balance, I know a seven-week class can be stressful. I am reminding myself to remember to breathe in and breathe out. Repeating my mantra of “Be prepared and work hard” will see me through until I grasp the flow of the class.  When I'm not focused on work and school, I keep family at my heart's center. I love spending time with my husband, niece, nephews and our Goldendoodle puppy. I look forward to growing in spirit and educationally with each of you.
