Group: Evening.Visual Narrative and Initial Reflection Activity.If had to think of a level of my professional development as a prospective EFL teacher, I would find myself of being in the early stages of this profession. It is true that being a student of any of the tracks of English of the Faculty of Languages allows students to work in language schools as teachers even from the introductory course or it allows them to set their own business through teaching private students. However, I believe that I still have a lot to learn not only from the point of view of the theoretical background provided by professors but also the need of experience that it is sometimes required by schools in order to apply for the job. Besides, the protocol of how to deal and treat students of all ages is of paramount importance because each of them can be either fast or a little bit slow at the time of learning. Everytime a situation like the one I mention in the previous line arises, I try to reach a balance inside myself so that I can help both types of students.
