I carved clay to make stamps, bisque fired them and pushed them into the slab and cut around them. The next day I bent up the edges. I glazed it with our Zircopax white homemade glaze.🩷 It reminds me of my Wedgewood plates I had growing up in NJ.

When my friend Linda came to stay with me I gave it to her to take home. She texted me this picture a month later show my platter holding her homegrown tomatoes.

I love it SO much.


Unintentionally ergonomically satisfying, and the perfect size for an 8 oz cup of coffee or tea and a little cream.


Taller than it is wide (next level potter status unlocked), this cup is glazed with Blue Rutile on the exterior and a Zircopax interior. I’m especially proud of the interface between the two glazes. So crisp!
