Distinguishing between facts and opinions is important because it helps us make informed decisions and avoid being misled by biased or inaccurate information. Facts are verifiable and objective, while opinions are subjective and influenced by personal views. Understanding this difference allows us to critically assess the information we encounter daily. It also promotes more rational, evidence-based thinking and effective communication.</p><p>3. This skill will help me evaluate information in the future by enabling me to differentiate between credible, reliable sources and those that may be presenting biased or distorted views. It will make it easier to analyze arguments, spot logical fallacies, and assess the quality of evidence. This ability is essential for navigating complex issues and making well-supported conclusions. It will also assist in avoiding the spread of misinformation.</p>]]></description>
