The layers of the Earth can be thought of kind of like cake. The crust is like the icing on top, it's the thinnest layer. After the crust is the mantle. It is made of magma and rock. This is what makes the Earth"s surface kind of move. Next is the Outer Core, a cool fact about this layer is that is the only purely liquid layer. Finally, their is the inner core.
